Spiritual Symphony

This morning, around 2.20 AM, I had a strange dream, followed by a divine transmission! In the dream, I thought I heard someone knocking on the door. I knew that there were other people in the room also so I mumbled sleepily, “Did anyone hear that?” No response, then another sleepy voice “Go to sleep. I heard nothing”. Then I heard the knocking quite clearly. “There” I said, “Did you hear that?” Then another voice, quite rattled, “There’s nothing, for heaven’s sake go to sleep”. By now I was sitting up in bed somewhat apprehensive when a movement caught my eye. There, against the glass part of the door was a distinct shadow and ‘it’ was trying to get in. Then, having no success, I saw the shadow move away. I said “Wait, wait, I’m coming”, but the shadow disappeared. Strangely, I felt a sense of perfect peace settle over my entire body and I ‘felt’ that I had missed yet another connection with my higher consciousness. Suddenly, words began to sound in my mind and, at that very moment, I woke up from the dream. The words were still coming through so I sat up in bed and began to write. The following are the words I received:

“My consciousness forever in the divine resides,
But who is it that ever decides
What form of expression I am to live
In life after life, filtered through a sieve
Until my awareness remembers the memory of before,
When I was the One that sent me to explore
Life in its fullness – replete with ‘that’ as well as with ‘this’
Knowing I would be awakened again – once more within the beingness of bliss”

 Later, after my meditation, I took guidance and I would like to share the following with you:

There is a whole lot of activity going on out there. It appears that we just cannot give up the belief that there are only two ‘types’ of persona in human society. Those that are inherently ‘good’ and ‘loving’, and those that are inherently ‘bad’ and ‘hateful’. Take a good look around you. Every utterance is a judgment of a ‘wrong doing’ by someone, some group or some nation, OR, a ‘right doing’ by someone, some group or some nation! Even as we seek to move into a ‘new’ paradigm of loving beingness, all the teachers, messengers, gurus, and healers that are advocating the tenets of this paradigm, cannot help but define what, in their learnedness, is the ‘right’ way to live and the ‘wrong’ way to live! In their well meant eagerness to wave the banner of this truth, they seemingly ignore the tell-tale signs of the eternal misconception that our purpose here is to create and live in a comfortable, harmonious and peaceful space of physicality and materialism! They continue, in their integrous ignorance, to encourage, influence and to remind us that ‘God’ wants us to live happily ever after. They encourage us to be charitable, to give of ourselves selflessly, and to love our enemies as we love ourselves, thereby deepening within our awareness that ‘separation’ is the way forward. They don’t mean to do this, I know, but it is so easy to ‘miss the wood for the trees’!

In order to love an ‘enemy’, or to give to the ‘poor’, or to support the ‘helpless’, which obviously is not ‘us’, aren’t we continuing to ‘see’ separation around us?   Are the ‘have-nots’ not a part of the ONENESS?  Then why are we being encouraged to see them as ‘different’ from us? Well, I suppose the reason, if there is one, is that without the ‘have-nots’ we wouldn’t be able to score any brownie points with ‘God’! Hang on, I thought that we were the ‘God’ that we have been looking for? When are we going to stop this outmoded preaching and finally admit and accept that there is no one other than “I AM” out there! Each “I AM” is a perfect expression of the ONE Divine and each expression has it all! No more no less!

How can we learn to love someone else when there is no ‘someone else’ out there? Only the eternal “I AM”. Why do we insist on helping/loving /supporting ‘someone else’, on the one hand while, on the other hand, we preach in our seminars, workshops, newsletters and retreats that there is no ‘someone else’ out there because we are all ONE???? Why indeed! Is it because we refuse to learn that the old ways of being just do not work?

Ok, it is true that in our current awareness we believe that we are separate and that we live in a very physical and material world, but this does not make it so! The ‘new’ paradigm of loving beingness has nothing whatsoever to do with chasing the ideals of love, peace and harmony in our world. Absolutely nothing! And if we continue to act and behave as though this was the prize and the goal of the new paradigm, then, we will not see it because it already exists and we will, once again, miss the wood for the trees. Our current level of awareness keeps reminding us that we are limited beings who can only identify with a physical and material world, while the space of loving beingness is an invisible force that cannot be touched, but can be experienced at a higher level of awareness. Can you see that? If we remain intoxicated and attached to the physical and material world we cannot, in the same breath, drink the essence of the spirit world. The spirit world will always be present in our beingness but it may as well not be there as long as we keep it hidden from our awareness. Until then, the present dogma of the survival of the fittest, of ‘dog eat dog,’ will continue to dictate our lives. In such a scenario, there is no space for unconditional love, or eternal peace, or divine harmony!

The ‘new’ paradigm is about remembering the peace, love and harmony that already exist in the very essence of our being. To manifest such beingness we need to bring this memory back into the forefront of our awareness. We need to shift our focus away from the separate, egotistical and selfish humans who are wholly engaged in the preservation of our bodies and our possessions, back to the divine, eternal, infinite, sacred and perfect expressions of being that we already are, always have been, and ever shall be, in every moment through eternity.

Let’s stop wasting our beingness in learning to become that which we already are, and instead, devote our focus entirely on remembering and rediscovering the divine that we truly are – even as we go about our daily ‘business’ in the illusory world that we find ourselves temporarily stuck with as our current reality! A perception of joy will automatically follow.

As we shift our focus away from the physical and the material towards the divine and the mystical, so will our ‘illusion’ correspondingly fade in our belief system, and our awareness will perceive an ever expanding sense of love, peace and harmony all around, within and through us. This is the only way that we can “change this sorry scheme of things entire” (Omar Khyaam), and begin “to taste the water of our own soul essence” (Rumi). Let us shift back into the awareness of the divine creator that we truly are and melt, once more, into the sacred flow of divine consciousness, in harmony with ourselves once again. Come, let us merge together and drink deeply from the well of our own beingness.

“If I could, once more, with the divine conspire,
I would place within the memory of my beingness entire,
A radiant light that would permanently glow,
Never leaving to chance the truth of what I know –
‘I AM THAT, I AM’ – Ahhhh! What magic would flow!
And lo! Even as I dream, I see the light!

“The Butterfly Within You.”

Many people have expressed to me that they do not feel comfortable about the suggestion that we “need to make a choice” to remember that we are already in the realm of the mystical and divine. There feeling is that, because they are already the divine, they do not see any reason to have to make a choice to “be that which they already are”. A very astute observation and I can fully understand where they are coming from.

 However, the ‘choice’ we need to make isn’t so much about bringing the divine back into focus, as it is about ‘choosing’ to shift the focus away from the physical realm to the mystical realm. If it was enough to simply be the divine, lurking behind the entire charade, out of sight of our awareness and conscious memory, then it would make no sense to seek anything. Indeed, it would make no sense to even try and rediscover and to remember that which we have forgotten - the divine perfection that we truly are. Life would simply carry on exactly the way it has for millennia.

 The fact is that we all continue to cope as best as possible within the realm of the physical because we truly believe that this physical realm is our reality. We need to choose, therefore, to move our awareness away from the realm of the physical before we can have any chance to rediscover the realm of the mystical and the divine. If we are not prepared to make this choice then all our wonderful and powerful intentions and desires will remain just that – wonderful, powerful, and desirable – and will not realign to the memory of the divine that we truly are.

I do not question their questioning, nor do I discourage it, and nor am I indifferent to it. What is truly important is to realise that the ego is so very much cleverer, sharper, persuasive, and infinitely more powerful than we realise. It is almost impossible to observe its subtlety!

As I have said many times, in order to rediscover who we truly are, we need to go ‘out of our minds’. This is such an outrageous and huge change from the way we normally think that the ego has a very simple job in convincing us that this is illogical and ridiculous. Our ego system is simply not geared to deal with such uncomfortable and inconvenient facts of reality. This truth is inescapable.

And wait, our ordeal is still not over. Along with the understanding that our ego is sabotaging our progress, we have also become deeply aware that the old ways of seeing, believing, and reasoning will not help us alleviate the current situation, nor allow us to step into the new. We need a new paradigm of living Life, if we are to rediscover who we truly are. It cannot happen through the old ways of being. Need I remind you of the very wise observation shared, not so long ago by Albert Einstein, that a problem cannot be solved at the same level at which it was created. It does not take rocket science to understand this, and this observation was never more true than now, as we attempt to disrobe our awareness of the realm of the illusionary physical, and re-clothe it with the garments of the realm of the mystical divine.

And here’s the good news. We are already equipped with everything that we need to make the shift into the new paradigm. It’s called the butterfly syndrome. However, before we go there, I want to, briefly, lay before you the basic understanding that has brought this about.

Remember that popular black and white illustration of the image of a woman that we have been sharing gleefully at parties and classrooms for the last few decades, where a few would see a young woman, while others saw an old woman, and yet others could see both in the single image?  Now here’s the fascinating fact about what we saw.

As you know, science has shown us that everything can be expressed through an irrefutable binary code, and, believe it or not, there is a binary code for this particular illustration too! Thus far we have been conditioned to believe and accept that the fact of a binary code cannot be disputed, and that the code can represent only one, particular, point of view! Clearly, something is “wrong” here? I mean, the binary code for the above illustration appears to represent more than one, particular, point of view, doesn’t it??? The message, therefore, is simple and insightful: one piece of scientific data can actually describe two entirely different perceptions or realities!!! And the ‘reality’ we see will be dictated by the ‘perception’ that we believe in! So, having laid this groundwork, let’s move to the real humdinger!

I know that each and everyone of you are well aware of the transformation of a  caterpillar to a butterfly. But have you ever studied the full story and the full implications of what is actually going on here? I doubt that you have. When we reach a critical mass of people who fully appreciate the butterfly syndrome and its awesome implications, we will also have reached the required critical mass of people stepping into higher consciousness pulling, in their wake, the ‘new paradigm’ of being. And once that happens, we may not need to disappear into the ether ever again, leaving our clothes and  our bodies behind. Maybe, just maybe, we could remain right here, fully equipped with the physical attributes that we have come to love so dearly, and, at the same time, fully in harmony with the mystical divine that we truly are. All in the very same moment! So, let’s observe very carefully the fascinating process of transformation from the caterpillar to the butterfly.

I have borrowed the following from the work of Dr. Bruce Lipton, a biologist of truly far reaching understanding, who, being a ‘scientist’, explains the process far more clearly and eloquently than I ever could. I quote,

“Imagine that you are a single cell among millions that comprise a growing caterpillar. The structure around you has been operating like a well oiled machine, and the larva world has been creeping along predictably. Then, one day, the machine begins to shudder and shake. The system begins to fail. Cells begin to commit suicide. There is a sense of darkness and impending doom.

From within the dying population, a new breed of cells begins to emerge, called imaginal cells. Clustering in community, they devise a plan to create something entirely new from the wreckage. Out of the decay arises a great flying machine, a butterfly, that enables the survivor cells to escape from the ashes and experience a beautiful world, far beyond imagination. Here is the amazing thing: the caterpillar, and the butterfly have the exact same DNA. They are the same organism, but are receiving and responding to a different organising signal.

This is exactly where we are today. When we read the newspaper and watch the evening news, we see the media reporting a caterpillar world.. And yet, everywhere, human imaginal cells are awakening to a new possibility. They are clustering, communicating, and tuning in to a new, coherent signal of love. Not love that is mushy-gushy and sentimental, but love that is a vibrational glue that will help us build this new flying machine and manifest our destiny as humanity….. Chances are that you are among the evolutionary imaginal cells who are contributing to the birth of this new version of humanity.”

This is the essence of the divine that we truly are. (my words).

Science has finally concurred quite emphatically that we are not only capable of interpreting the particular signal in different ways, but that we are equally capable of making a choice that will decide which interpretation we wish to be our reality. We have known this for ever, but we have paid scant attention to it.

What will you choose? Will you choose to emerge into the divine that you truly are? The signal to guide you is already within you. You will only see it if you believe it. Yes, Believing is Seeing. I know that you will choose to Believe, as I have, and I will meet you there.

Where does healing come from? What is its source? I recently read in a book that healing is the result of prayer and grace. Prayer to whom? Grace from where? Is this to and from an external source? If so, then separation continues!!! Is this to and from an internal source? If so, then why would we need to pray to ourselves? And would we not already be in a state of grace at all times? I believe that healing is a matter of awareness. I am already in a state/beingness of perfection where no healing is required. Why, indeed, would I want to heal perfection???

What seems to have happened, (for reasons that I have no answers for, at least not as yet!), is that somehow my awareness began to shift away from my state of perfection in the realm of the DIVINE that I am, into a state of illusion in the realm of the MIND that I began to believe to be my source. So, my awareness moved away from the state of grace/perfection/healing - to a state of suffering/distortion/illusion.

The only way ’true’ healing can occur is for me to shift my awareness once more to my state of grace and perfection -  to the realm of the divine; to shift the make up of my belief system away from ‘Mind’ to ‘Divine’. Any other form of healing is a mere illusion! Also, if I need to pray to Someone/Something, then I am continuing to accept that someone/something outside of my Self is the source of my pain and that only It can send me healing! The sooner I begin to accept and to believe that the source of all my experiences lays within my Self, the sooner I can get on to the path of healing myself from within.

True, and Absolute healing is entirely about a shift in awareness. Healing of a physical wound, or an emotional scar, or a mental state cannot be carried out in the same place - The Mind -where they were created in the first place! However, temporary awareness of healing can occur in that place – The Mind - because the mind creates the illusion of healing based on the assumption in its belief system that a doctor, or a surgeon, or a shaman, or a guru can manifest healing. In this case, the temporary healing can only be felt, seen, acknowledged in the dimension of the physical realm, the very dimension where, we believe, all our maladies exist. So, in order to observe this healing, we have no choice but to stay shackled to this ‘contaminated’ place! OR, we can free ourselves and move into the realm of divine perfection.

True healing, through a shift in awareness/perception, takes me away from this ‘contaminated’ realm to the realm of divine perfection, where I am no longer in need to be healed. And, what’s more, I can stay there. I do not need to return to this ‘contaminated’ dimension, in order to experience the healing. I can then truly be (physically) in this world, but, not of it. It is this state of beingness that was the miracle of Krishna, Mohammed, Christ, Nanak and all the rest of those divine souls that we have chosen to see as being separate from ourselves! We, too, can exist in that state of miraculous beingness. It is up to us to make that choice, and to re-educate our belief system. In the words of Rumi, that great Sufi poet, “ Somewhere out there, beyond you and me, is a field - I will meet you there.”

For those of you looking for a tip, or a shortcut or a programme to rediscovering the state of this joyful beingness, I happily confess that the path I have chosen to rediscover this realm of the divine within me, is through meditation. However, I do not meditate to heal myself, nor to be in peace, nor to remove stress or anxiety, nor to change the world! My only intention through meditation is to reconnect with that state of grace and perfection that happily is already mine. Further, I meditate to replace in my belief system, the intimidation of the ‘ego’ mind, with the love and perfection of the divine. Only then will I be truly free and in bliss again.

I have recently received some very interesting responses from some of my dear soul mates to my last post. Here are some of them:

 ”As we resolve to evolve, our problems dissolve.”

I believe that our ‘problems’ cannot dissolve because we have no problems except in our perception. To remove these from our perception, we need to remove our perception away from them. Then they will no longer exist anywhere! They will become the illusion that they truly are! As long as we believe that there are problems to be dissolved, as we have done through millennia already, then there will always be problems that need dissolving deeply rooted in our mind and in our perception. And we will continue to believe that these problems are ‘out there’ somewhere!

“God is good and we are blessed!”

If we can say that God is good, then we can also say that God is bad. One cannot exist without the other in the polarity of the third dimension we occupy currently. God is neither good nor bad. GOD just IS. We need to stop engaging in these primordial images of God and remind ourselves that God and We occupy the same space. How we decide to hold this truth in our perception will dictate how we view god, and consequently, ourselves.

“AND I must say this message came at a time when I needed reminding! How easy it is to slip back into the ways of the mind and lose touch with the “beckoning of the spirit”!

Integrous and honest! This kind of observation keeps us secure to our soul and sole purpose of re-discovering the divine that we truly are.

Then, I received this link from another very dear soul mate a few days ago and am forwarding it to you for your ‘pleasure’ and insights! Let me know what you feel.

During meditation I asked for the most appropriate response and I received the following transmission:

 “THE CHOICE”

So many wonderful souls, such as the author of the above video, appear to be aligning to the same TRUTH about the divine that we are. However, it does appear that they all STOP at the crucial moment. They are all still enamoured by the “change” we can bring to this world and our planet!!!! As long as we continue to believe in, and to explore the ‘modus operandi’ of bringing “change for the better” to humanity, we will continue barking up the inappropriate tree! Why this intoxication with “changing the world”? Why this reluctance to “re-discover the divine that we truly are”? Even if, by some impossible magic, we do manage to change the world, then it must follow that we are still existing in the consciousness of the human mind in order to be able to observe this change! We cannot have shifted to our Higher consciousness of the divine that we are because there is no change available to observe here! Everything is in divine perfection here! Let’s ask ourselves this question:- “Am I happy to remain the human that I believe myself to be, or would I prefer to re-discover the divine that I truly am, always have been, and always will be in every moment through eternity?”

Behind the veil of the mind, we are all eternal and infinite divine perfection. Why on earth would we want to change that???? OK, so we want to make a “better’ world, right? We desperately want to see peace, and love, and abundance, right? But who says that this does not already exist? The answer - our MIND. Our Mind, mercilessly driven by the Ego, ‘inspires’ us to control, to direct, to lead, to be superior/inferior, to lust, to plead, to cajole, to manipulate, to survive, to die! Our Soul, unconditionally loved by Spirit, nudges us back to our divine Home. It is time we removed the Ego off the saddle of our mind and replaced it with our Soul. It is time to make this choice. Not intellectually but absolutely!

When we ’see’ discomfort and disease in those around us, IT IS NOT THEY WHO ARE THE CATALYST OR THE CAUSE OF OUR PERCEPTION! It is our MIND that is the culprit here. So, trying to improve the disposition of others will have no effect because our MIND will continue to perceive what it has become conditioned to perceive. So, what do we need to shift? YES< YES< YES! We need to shift the focus of our MIND away from ‘lack’ and, when we do this, hey presto, WE NO LONGER PERCEIVE “LACK” around us! It is not THEY whom we caused to change to bring this about but our MIND that we instructed to perceive differently! And here’s the real irony. As long as we continue to perceive “lack” then all those wonderful souls we wish to provide abundance for, will continue to appear to remain in “lack”! Our perception is holding them in “lack”! They have no choice but to reflect back to us the signals we are sending out! (Of course, in the Ultimate Truth, this is all merely an illusion).

Our challenge is to pierce the armoured gateway of the ego MIND and float joyfully into the sanctity of the divine SOUL. This is what we need to focus on, to concentrate on, to desire, to reach for, to acquire, to aspire, and TO BE. It is simple, really. If we continue to focus on strengthening our character, and on being charitable and loving to our neighbour, then we will continue to miss the boat, AND CONTINUE TO LOOK FOR EVEN NEWER BOTTLES TO HOLD THE SAME OLD WINE!

Seeking to re-discover the divine that we truly are does not mean that we merely ‘understand’ that this is what we believe we need to do! It means that we give up the comfort zone of the familiar pattern of life unfolding predictably and surrender to the grace and the ‘not knowing’ of the soul journey, confident in the knowledge that it can only lead us to the re-discovery of the divine that we truly are!

 Take the video above. Sarah, or Sar’h as she prefers to be called, tells us that we are all an electro-magnetic field emanating wave-like patterns that turn into our experiences. Sounds ok to me. We can call ourselves the Divine, or we can choose to be referred to as an Electro-magnetic field. Names don’t matter.

So, in the all ness of everything, even Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Nanak and Mohammed, were similar electro-magnetic fields emanating wave-like patterns that became their experiences, right? Nothing inappropriate about that. It is a divine truth. So why, then, in the very next video, does she feel obliged to tell the world that she is actually the daughter of Jesus? Even the daughter of Jesus would also be a simple electro-magnetic field emanating wave-like patterns to experience, wouldn’t she? It would appear, then,  that her purpose in claiming this birth, (and I have no reason to disbelieve her), is to set herself apart from the rest of mere mortality and thus lay bare the cupboard of her messages of ONENESS.

However, I joyfully applaud her for having the courage to state her beliefs. Just claim them for yourself, Sar’h, and be at peace in the knowledge of your belief. Your belief becomes neither stronger, nor weaker by fostering it on others. It remains whatever your own mind will choose to perceive. And that is the greatest gift you have. A CHOICE. A choice to remain a seeker of the divine through a ‘change’ in human thought, word and action, or to be the re-discoverer of the divine through a ‘shift’ in focus and perception to the ‘higher’ Self!

Tech Support: Yes Ma’am, how can I help you?

Customer: Well, after much consideration, I’ve decided to install the ‘Love’ software. Can you guide me through the process?

Tech Support: Yes, I certainly can. Are you ready to proceed?

Customer: Well, I’m not very technical, but I think I’m ready. What do I do first?

Tech Support: The first step is to click on the key to ‘open your heart’. Have you located your heart key Ma’am?

Customer: Yes, but on opening it I find there are several other programmes already running there. Is it okay to install ‘Love’ while they are also running?

Tech Support: What other programs are running Ma’am?

Customer: Let’s see, I have ‘past-hurt’, ‘low self-esteem’, ‘grudge’, and ‘resentment’ running right now.

Tech Support: No problem ma’am. Once you have successfully installed the ‘Love’ CD, it will gradually erase ‘past-hurt’ from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory, but it will no longer disrupt other programs. As for ‘low self-esteem’, ‘Love’ will eventually override it with a module of its own called ‘high self-esteem’. However, you have to completely turn off ‘grudge’ and ‘resentment’. Those programs prevent ‘Love’ from being properly installed. Can you turn those off Ma’am?

Customer: I don’t know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?

Tech Support: With pleasure. Go to your start menu and press the ‘forgiveness’ key. Do this as many times as necessary until ‘grudge’ and ‘resentment’ have been completely erased.

Customer: Okay, done. ‘Love’ has started installing itself. Is that normal?

Tech Support: Yes, but remember that you have only the basic program. You need to begin connecting on-line to other hearts in order to get the upgrades.

Customer: Oops! I have an error message already. It says, “error-programme; not run on external components.” What should I do?

Tech Support: Don’t worry Ma’am. It simply means that the ‘Love’ program has been set-up to run only on internal hearts and has not, as yet, been run on your heart. In non-technical terms, it means that you have to love yourself before you can love others.

Customer: So what should I do?

Tech Support: Can you pull down the menu and click on ’self-acceptance’; then click on the following files: ‘Forgive-self’; ‘Realize my worth’; ‘Acknowledge my value’.

Customer: OK, done.

Tech Support: Now copy them to the “My Heart” directory. The system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching faulty programming. Also, you need to delete ‘verbose self-criticism’ from all directories and empty your recycle bin to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.

Customer: Got it. Hey!!! My Heart is filling up with new files. ‘Smile’ is playing on my monitor and ‘Peace’ and ‘Contentment’ are copying themselves all over ‘My Heart’. Is this normal?

Tech Support: Sure. Sometimes, though, it takes a while, but eventually everything gets downloaded at the proper time. So, now that ‘Love’ is installed and running, we need to do one more thing before we hang-up. You must remember that ‘Love’ is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will, in turn, share it with others and return some cool modules back to you.

Customer: I promise to do just that. By the way, what’s your name?

The love of God and my inner Self.
Then why do I keep looking out and about?
Why can’t I see it’s inside, not out?
Why can’t I see it’s below AND above?
Why can’t I see it’s within me NOW?
 

All I want I already have –
The love of God and my inner Self.
Then why do I cry when you love me so?
Why do I feel the hate in you grow?
Why do I feel your painful blow?
Why do I feel you fear me so?
 

All I want I already have –
The love of God and my inner Self.
Then why do I perceive just pain and fear?
Why do I perceive darkness so sheer?
Why do I perceive emptiness so near?
Why do I perceive no joyful cheer?
 

All I want I already have –
The love of God and my inner Self.
But I must open my eyes myself.
I must open my heart myself.
I must open to the voice within.
I must open to the divine within.
 

No outer wisdom can serve me well.
No longer can I on the physical dwell.
I have the gift to create my desire,
To manifest all that will inspire
My soul and being to connect again
And shake off the giddiness of illusion and pain,
To reawaken to the truth of all that I am-
One Self, one Soul, the eternal AM.

There are many aspects to the “Law of attraction”, but only one truth – it exists to serve as a validation of the ‘divine, eternal, infinite and sacred perfection of being that we truly are, always have been, and always will be, in every moment through eternity’.
 
The underlying aspect of ‘the law of attraction’ is:-
 
Everything already exists as an eternal, infinite and perfect expression of the divine, or as an eternal, infinite and perfect potential of the divine. If it did not, it could not be ‘attracted’. It would then need to be ‘created’ and would become “the law of creation” and not “the law of attraction”!
 
We ‘create’ nothing. Everything has already been created. It is all around us in the beingness of the never ending and ever lasting flow of divine energy that is made of infinite and sacred intelligence that is LOVE. All we need to do is to accept and acknowledge its presence in our awareness and into our belief system with unconditional love and joy.
 
Sounds simple, doesn’t it? AND IT IS SIMPLE! We just need to fully understand what it means to love unconditionally, and to KNOW that doing so will NOT HARM US IN ANY WAY!
 
‘Loving unconditionally’ is not challenging if we refuse to ‘personalise’ or ‘individualise’ whom we wish to include in, or reject from, our embrace. If we allow ourselves to see the bigger picture of unity and oneness, we will see the individual merge into the oneness and is NO LONGER STICKING LIKE A THORN IN OUR SIDE! The ‘individual’ becomes rounded and smooth and resumes its presence within the universal collective of the divine and eternal perfection of being.
 
I received the following suggestion of a mental exercise that will support the presence of unconditional love within our beingness in a transmission. I share it joyfully with you.
 
‘Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Feel it flowing in and out, in and out, feeding the mind, the body and the soul, bringing unconditional sustenance to every aspect of your being. As soon as you feel a sense of peace filling you, move your focus to the doorway of your heart. Linger a while……….Place your hands gently on each handle of the door and start to pull the door open. See it opening joyfully and witness a radiant, dancing light, swirling to the rhythm of your heart-love, as it spirals and cascades within and around you. Witness it expanding to touch all of creation, flowing majestically as it energises with love all that it touches. Linger a while……….Feel the love and the joy that you truly are. Linger a while…….
 
Now, slowly, shift your gaze and bring into focus the face and form of someone that you have found difficult to love – someone who you feel has brought pain and grief into your life.
 
When you have their image clearly in your mind’s eye, focus on their breath. Feel it flowing in and out, in and out, feeding the mind, the body and the soul, bringing unconditional sustenance to every aspect of their being. Feel the harmonising of your and their heartbeats! Linger a while….
 
Now, shift your focus to the doorway of their heart. Place your hands gently on each handle of the door and start to pull the door open. See it opening joyfully……and behold the wonder of what you see!
 
You witness a radiant, dancing light, swirling to the rhythm of their heart-love, as it spirals and cascades within and around them. Witness it expanding to touch all of creation, flowing majestically as it energises with love all that it touches. Linger a while…….Feel the love and the joy that they truly are. Linger a while…….
 
Now witness both hearts amidst the ever dancing light and you cannot make out where your heart ends, or where their heart starts! Everything is light. You feel the oneness of love and joyfully bring your focus back to their face and touch it gently with the love of your soul, as you whisper softly, “thank you for opening my heart. I invite you joyfully to walk within and to stay through eternity.”…….. Linger a while……. Open your eyes slowly and feel the wonder of your Love.”
 
You can repeat this as many times as you like and with as many faces, places and events. I share with you the joy of unconditional love.
